- Non-destroyable tires

Added Max Tuning:
- Max engine
- Max brakes
- Max transmission
- Max suspension
- Max armor
- Turbo
- Xenon headlights
- Neon
- Horn
- Upgrades are applied even if some tuning levels are still locked and do not appear in Los Santos Customs

Added color modes:
- Configurable (main, secondary, neon, tire smoke)
- Random common
- Random separate
- Rainbow

Fixed:
