Privacy Policy details

1. Who we are
Chams Cheats, USA operates the storefront, customer accounts, checkout and Support Center covered by this policy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it is shared and the choices available to you.
For privacy questions or requests, email admin@chamscheats.com or contact our Support Center.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the site:
- Accounts: your name, email address, sign-in and recovery information, account status, preferences, and records of the policy versions you accepted.
- Purchases and product access: selected products and variants, order amounts, discounts, payment references and status, receipts, refunds, disputes, and license delivery or activation records. Where a product uses our device-bound activation feature, we keep a protected fingerprint of the device identifier used to validate access.
- Physical deliveries: the recipient's name, street address, city, state or region, postal code, country, shipping method, and shipment or tracking information.
- Support: messages, order references, screenshots or attachments you provide, and records of replies and resolutions.
- Reviews: the author name, review text, rating, associated product and submission date, where supplied. Approved reviews may be displayed publicly.
- Reseller applications and accounts: the business and contact details, Discord handle, website, sales channels, experience and other application information you submit, together with reseller account and transaction records.
- Technical and security information: IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, account activity and information used to investigate errors, fraud or unauthorized access.
- Optional site analytics: when you allow analytics, information such as pages and products viewed, searches, cart and demo interactions, referring pages, campaign information, browser/device categories, country where available, and a site analytics identifier. Analytics may be associated with your account when you are signed in; they are not necessarily anonymous.
We receive information directly from you, from your browser, and from service providers that confirm activities such as payments and email delivery. Existing order or review records may also include information transferred from our earlier store systems.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts; process and reconcile payments; deliver licenses and physical goods; provide tracking, receipts and support; handle returns, refunds and disputes; review reseller applications; and prevent abuse.
We also use it to remember your preferences, maintain records of consent and account activity, operate the website, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements, and respond to valid legal requests. Optional analytics help us understand product discovery and improve the site.
4. Payments and email providers
Stripe processes card payments through its payment components. Our order records can contain payment identifiers, amounts, status, card brand and last four digits, refund or dispute information, and fraud-risk information. The live card-payment integration does not store your full card number or card security code in our order database. Stripe receives information needed to process the payment, including details entered into its payment form. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
NOWPayments processes crypto payments. We exchange order/payment identifiers, amounts and payment status with it and retain the payment information needed to confirm and support the purchase. The provider may also process wallet addresses and blockchain transaction information. Transactions on public blockchains may remain publicly visible independently of your store account. See NOWPayments' Privacy Policy.
Resend sends our account, order and support emails. It receives the recipient email address and message content, which can include order, delivery or support information. We use email delivery, bounce and complaint information to manage delivery and prevent unwanted messages. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic powers our support assistant. When it is turned on, the messages and any images you add to a support ticket are sent through our support system, which runs on Railway, to Anthropic's API (Claude) so the assistant can draft a reply. Please do not put passwords, payment details or license keys in a ticket. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Railway's Privacy Policy.
We also use Anthropic's API to add customer feedback to our reviews page. When staff import a screenshot of feedback that was posted publicly, for example in our Discord server, the screenshot is sent to Anthropic so the name and message in it can be read. Staff check every review before it is published. If you would like a review of yours removed, contact us.
Cloudflare protects this site against attacks and checks the sign-in, registration and password-reset forms for automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile). Your connection passes through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic browser and device information for security purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
If you choose a manual payment option or contact us through Discord or another outside service, that service also processes the information you provide under its own privacy policy. Its records are separate from your store account.
5. Other sharing and public information
Authorized staff and service providers may access information needed for their work, including hosting and backups, payment processing, email delivery, customer support and physical fulfillment. For hardware orders, the delivery information needed to ship the parcel is shared with the relevant carrier or fulfillment service.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may disclose relevant information to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve a payment dispute, or protect customers and the service.
An approved review can display its author name, content, rating, date, product and purchase-verification label. Avoid putting private contact information, payment credentials or license keys in a public review. Linked services and externally hosted content may receive technical information when you visit or load them; their privacy practices are described in their own policies.
6. Cookies, local storage and analytics choices
Necessary cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, shopping-cart contents and your saved preferences. Blocking all cookies or storage may prevent those features from working.
Our optional first-party analytics and online-presence tracking require an affirmative analytics choice. Select Only necessary to decline, or Allow analytics to enable them. You can change this through Privacy choices in the site footer. Changing the choice to decline stops future optional tracking through those features and removes their browser cookies; it does not automatically erase information already recorded.
This preference applies to the browser where you make it. Clearing cookies or using another browser may require a new choice. Browser settings can also control cookies. The site does not currently change tracking behavior automatically in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; use Privacy choices to control optional site analytics.
If you select Allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google receives page-visit, device and approximate location information and sets its own analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded when you choose Only necessary, and declining later stops it and removes its cookies from this site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Necessary security, order, payment and support records still operate when optional analytics are declined. Payment providers and outside services have their own storage and privacy controls.
7. Email choices
Marketing preferences are separate from account-policy acceptance and optional analytics. You can change your account's marketing preference or use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop necessary messages about an account, purchase, security issue or support request.
If checkout reminders are offered, the choice or notice shown with that feature explains their scope. Any reminder includes an unsubscribe option. A checkout reminder does not by itself authorize an ongoing promotional subscription.
8. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is needed, including whether an account or license remains active, an order needs fulfillment, a support issue or dispute remains open, or records are needed for security, accounting or legal obligations. We retain personal information for the applicable purpose rather than treating every record as subject to the same deletion date.
An account deletion request starts a review; it does not immediately erase the account or every related record. Order, license, fulfillment, support, security, consent and accounting records may need to be retained for the applicable purpose or obligation. Earlier copies may also remain in backups until those backups are replaced or expire. Payment providers and other outside services control their own records and retention.
9. Your access and privacy requests
You can request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion, subject to applicable limitations. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, additional rights may be available, including portability, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to the relevant privacy authority.
Signed-in account privacy tools let you download the available account-data export and submit or cancel a deletion request. Exporting requires an additional identity check. The download is not necessarily every record held about you; contact us if you need information beyond the available export or cannot access the account.
Send requests to admin@chamscheats.com or the Support Center. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information before disclosing or changing it. We will explain any information or action needed to handle the request, and any applicable reason for retaining records or limiting a response.
10. Security and processing locations
We use technical and administrative safeguards, including protected connections, account authentication and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the USA. Our hosting, payment, email and other service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Those countries' privacy laws may differ from the laws where you live. This policy does not mean that all information is stored only in the USA.
11. Questions about children's information
If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact admin@chamscheats.com so we can review the situation and take the appropriate action. Payment and other outside providers may have their own age requirements.
12. Policy updates
When this policy changes, we will identify the updated version and its date. Where applicable, we will provide further notice or request a new choice or acknowledgement. Reading or acknowledging this policy does not automatically opt you into optional analytics or marketing.
For questions, contact Chams Cheats, USA, at admin@chamscheats.com.
