Ultimate Rust Performance Update
[+] Added a "optimization" slider at the buttom of settings
[+] Added a "v-sync" checkbox at the bottom of settings

V-Sync limits the overlay fps to your monitors refreshrate (saves cpu usage)
Optimization changes modifies how long each thread waits for (also saves cpu usage)
So if your frames are bad play around with these and find what works best for you
